Victorian Builder Wins National Award- PRESS RELEASE

Plumbstruct Industries is thrilled to be this year’s winner at the prestigious Australian Small Business Champion Awards in the Builder/Renovator category.

These awards honour the passionate and dedicated companies that help form the backbone of the Australian economy. They seek to recognise the hard work that business owners contribute to the local community in generating employment for millions of Australians, as well as their contribution to the Australian economy. With over 5500 entrants in the National Awards, the competition is fierce.

After being called up to accept the honour at a gala evening in Sydney on Friday night, Directors Shane and Lara Denes was quick to thank their team. “Plumbstruct Industries was the only representative from Victoria in the category and managed to beat 21 other finalists to receive this award,” says Shane, “It was an exciting moment that has come from years of hard work and a commitment to providing well-rounded services that set us apart from the competition. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our team, as well as the unwavering support of our clients and partners.”

Plumbstruct Industries offers a comprehensive service portfolio, providing its own tilers, plumbers and plasterers without relying on subcontractors. “As a result of our decision to go ‘all in’, our clients feel much more comfortable about their finished product. There is always a long waiting list for our services because people know they can have faith in our team and the results we deliver.”

Operating across Melbourne and Geelong, Plumbstruct Industries reached national award-winner status due to its commitment to supporting the community as well as newcomers to the industry. “We are proud to employ and develop apprentices, and we take the time to give back by contributing to scholarships, volunteering and local community groups,” says Shane.

The Plumbstruct Industries team will take a moment to celebrate their win before getting back to work. “This is our tenth year in business and we have a lot more to achieve,” Shane says, “All the same, it is fantastic to see our efforts recognised on a national level.”
